We decided to try camping just as a family this weekend. Things didn't go as planned. We had a late start trying to pack everything, the camp grounds we went to were full upon arrival, and we had a major bike crash along the bike trail...so we hopped in the car drove the twenty minutes back home and camped in our yard. It was probably a lot more convenient and comfortable. Plus, Cameron could sleep in his crib and when Nikki awoke in the middle of the night we went inside and snuggled up in my warm bed for a restful sleep.

Utah and Steve's 70th
This summer we celebrated Steve's 70th birthday at the new Heber cabin. It was a beautiful event and so nice seeing all the loved family and friends we hadn't seen for some time. The decorations, program, band, food, favors, displays..all of it was so amazing and made for a very memorable Nadauld celebration.

Noah, the Soccer Star
Here's Noah's first time playing kinder soccer and he loved it. He was pretty good, especially considering the fact that he was too young to really be on the team.

Holy Cow
The kids came up to me and told me there was a cow on our grass. Seriously! There were two in fact that broke through the fence, trampled our newly planted trees, and were a pain to coral back home. Thanks to the help of our neighbors, the Whites, I could stay in the house with the kids as they shooed them to their side of the fence. Crazy!

Practically Perfect Mary
For Mary's birthday this year we did a Mary Poppins themed party. It was a lot of fun. This was the thank you card we sent out afterwards. Happy Birthday my angel girl!

Hawaii
Aaron and I flew to Hawaii for our dear friends, Michael and Krystal's destination wedding at the Oahu temple. I loved the sun, the peace, the beauty, the fun things to do and places to visit. The highlight for me, besides the beautiful wedding, was the trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center. We also got to visit the Collins', friends from our old ward, and spend time together. All of it made me miss California and the amazing Polynesian friends there who are a part of my childhood.
Aaron and I had bought these tickets before we knew the Frenchies were coming. Needless to say, my parents, who watched our kids had a full house...so grateful for them.
