World's Greatest Dad

I have wondered if we place as much emphasis on Father's Day as we do on Mother's Day, because we all know how very important they equally are. So, I decided I wanted to honor the amazing father in our home on this special day. So here's to you Aaron... The Top Ten Reasons Why Aaron Dyreng Nadauld is the World's Greatest Dad:

10. He is always willing to help dress the children.

9. His lawn is always mowed with perfect lines.

8. He is always doing something to improve our home (some bigger than others).

7. He loves to spend time with us all, make us laugh, and have fun.

6. He is ambitious, supports our family so well, and teaches his children the value of hard work.

5. He makes anything look good (it is such a blessing to know that our kids will be good looking like their daddy).

4. He holds strong to the Iron Rod and loves the Lord.

3. He is always serving and thinking of others.

2. He leads with love and patience.

1. Most of all, he makes his wife happy! (even if it means dressing up in dorky costumes, this is very important).

Your sweet mother-in-law came and spoke in my Relief Society and she kept smiling at me in the audience. Afterwards and I went up to visit with her and she said, "Oh you are so Sarah's mom, aren't you?" We had a short visit because the whole stake was invited and they all wanted to speak to her. But I loved her talk and she spoke often of her twins and other personal experiences from her family. It was very touching. She sure loves you, Allison, and all her daughters-in-law. I love your blog, Sarah shared it with me. See you next week when I come up to stay with Sarah. I'm excited to see you all.

I love this blog. The hospital get up is almost as good a costume as the Ketchup/Mustard one! I was giggling all through this. Very nice tribute.

And, we're so very happy to see your blog. It's got a nice spirit to it of gentleness and humor, and definately LOVE!
