Today we said good-bye to cousin Simone. It was sad to see her go. These creative girls performed plays, made crafts, opened a small and stylish cafe on the porch, among many other things. In a perfect world, we would never be far from our loved ones.
After we unwound a bit from the whirlwind weekend, we pulled down all the Christmas decorations out of the attic and unpacked a few after dinner. I am looking forward to cutting down a fresh tree on Monday to put by our front window. Here is a picture of Mary helping Cameron place an ornament on the fake tree.
