After our super inspiring seminary in-service this morning I hurried home to finish the cupcakes for Cameron's party. It was a really fun group of boys (plus Estelle) that came. I let them choose from several activities (ball pit, play dough, fishing game, blocks) when they arrived and then they just played. We hit the pinata, ate some pizza and cupcakes, and opened presents. It was very low key and that made it all the more fun.
Following the party I got Mary out of school early to leave on a trip with Grandpa. They are going to Simone's Nutcracker performance in California. It's the first time she's left somewhere without us. We got her all set up with movies and books for the five hour drive. She made it safely and is having a great time.
